This week Tim invited master chef, restauranteur and label boss Martin Morales on the show. Martin’s worked with the likes of Steve Jobs, members of Buena Vista Social Club, Chucho Valdes, the list is endless. As a Dj he’s played along side the likes of Cachao, Bebel Gilberto, Basement Jaxx and many more.
He is now world renowned for his expertise in Peruvian cuisine, runs a group of Independent Peruvian restaurants along with a label called Tiger’s Milk where he releases new and old music from his mother country. They spoke about his new recipe book and compilation ‘Andina: Huayno, Carnaval and Cumbia 1968-78’.
